Our packaging

In the first lockdown we starting working remotely with packaging specialists, Matter, to design a fully sustainable jewellery box. The brief was that we wanted a beautiful match box style jewellery box that was 100% compostable, we also wanted the box to evoke memories of beachcombing, collection and a sense of place - it was important to us that this box reflected the islands.

It took a while to get there, but we love the end result and we gave the boxes another tweak for the start of November 2022 so the box is sturdier than the first edition, with deeper embossing. The colours and design reflect our island home. Each season we change the colours of the liner cards. Winter 2025 / 2026 sees a lovely green alongside the palest of greys.

We're pleased to say that it isn't just customers who are liking the packaging they have also won two prestigious packaging awards in 2022. First up was the 3D Structural Packaging category and highly commended in the Design, Climate, Action category at this years Design Week Awards followed by receiving Gold in the 2022 Pentawards.
