    Fay Page returns

    Website & Workshop purchases

     

    Most people are really happy with their Fay Page jewellery but we understand that there might be times you want to return something. If you are not completely happy please send your return to us within 30 days of purchase, in the original box and packaging, and we will be happy to issue a refund or make an exchange.

    We can only refund delivery costs where an item is faulty or we have made an error. All items will need to be returned to us by Royal Mail Special Delivery as they will be fully insured.

    Bespoke & personalised pieces

    We are unable to offer refunds if you have changed your mind about the design once the order has been placed or the piece isn’t what you imagined. If you have made an error with the details, dates or size of a bespoke piece we cannot alter the item or sell it so are unable to therefore offer a refund.

    If the item is faulty or we have made a mistake we will gladly either issue a full refund or replace the item. Please get in touch as soon as you receive the item if you are not happy with it.
