I started making in my bedroom, then in a shed, then a greenhouse then a bigger shed but now we work from a granite barn that was a former flower packing shed, in Lowertown on St. Martin’s. In 2011 we were offered the tenancy for Ashvale, a former farmhouse and barn. We spent the next 18 months making changes to the barn, converting it in to a workshop and open studio.

The cabinets, made by a friend and cabinet maker from old ship’s timbers, were made to the exact specifications of the flower boxes that the former tenant, Fred, used to pack his flowers in before sending them to market on the mainland.

We are now on our Summer opening hours.

We'll be open Monday - Friday 9.00 - 16.00. 

(and we sometimes sneak off for lunch too)
